New member here from Wisconsin.

My favorite hobby is smoking meats and grilling. My current smokers / grills are 18.5 WSM, Weber Charcoal Summit and a Weber 22" kettle. I purged my gas grill and only have charcoal going now.

As I move into my fifties later this year, and my kids are all out of the house, I want to spend more time on my hobbies.
