Hello!
My names Tom and I'm 21, from southeastern Wisconsin!
I work at BBQ/Saloon restaurant in my town. We've been open for 8 months, been there since day one! Learned a lot about meat and smoking, but I still have a lot to learn!
This what we have to smoke all our smokey goodness!
We do the whole 7 miles, baby backs, St. Louis, pork bootys, brisket, corned beef, Our own smoked bacon, and lots more.
Other than that, I like photography. When I am not working Im either taking pictures or doing stuff for my online classes!
