Hi everyone,

     My name is Tom and i have been receiving the news letters for awhile but just now decided to join in. I have been smoking and BBQing for many years now and I am always looking for new and better or tastier ways to do it.

     Currently i use a Masterbuilt Pro smoker, that has 3 racks and is electric. Of course after I bought this one, I saw a better one with digital readouts rather than the dial one I have now. For the most part it has served me well.  

     I guess smoking ribs is my favorite meat as well as the family's. I do chicken and at times attempt a brisket. I have done a whole turkey and a prime rib once as well.

     Thats about it, look forward to reading all your ideas and suggections here on the Forum      Tom
