Hello All!!  Been looking over this site all day and just felt the need to join up.  Lots of good info on here and can't wait to learn more.  Have some experience, but still fairly new to smoking and dutch oven cooking.  Want to get more into it and excited to be here and see what I can pick up.  Thanks again.
