Joined today, Shawn from Richardson, Texas. I am a Trager smoker guy.  I have a Pro 22 and use it almost daily for various cooking.  Huge sports fan (Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Dallas Stars) so try and smoke meats often and have people over. 

Big craft beer guy as well, love trying new beers.  Look forward to digging around in the forums and getting tips and suggestions.
