Hello all. I am new to smoking. I have just recently purchased a Dyno Glo charcoal smoker. I am going to attempt to smoke a 14 pound turkey for Thanksgiving. I look forward to learning from y'all.

Welcome! No experience with smoking Turkey but the only thing i can suggest is make sure to give plenty of time for the cook.

Welcome to the site, happy to have ya join. Have you tried smoking a chicken yet. You may want to try something similar to turkey before committing to doing the holiday bird.
