hello everyone

new member here from Statesville North Carolina

just recently got a smoker and in looking for recipes stumbled onto this site.

Previously I would add a hunk of wood into the gas grill to add flavor so am enjoying the convenience.

today I have the famous Scarbelly wings smoking away and cant wait to try.

I am looking forward to checking out some new recipes from here.
