While looking for some ideas for a new build I found this site and already wish I would have found it years ago. I can't wait to try some of the receipies and techniques I have seen on the site at home and at the fire house.

Welcome aboard Pabstman!! Glad to see some more NC residents!! You have truly joined a wonderful site with lots of great people giving lots of great advice!! Take note of some of the guys nearby Mooresville, they are top notch. I have to give a huge shout out to Boykjo, in Raleigh and Solaryellow in Winston Salem. Those are two super guys.
