Just upgraded from my Big Chief which I still own and will never throw away until it falls apart to an electric Masterbuilt. Love the new Masterbuilt. I have already smoked a few pork butts and a beef brisket. Looking forward to the forums o learn how to fix my mistakes. Thanks
