Greetings all.

My name is John and I'm from Long Island, New York. I came across this forum while searching for reviews on the STOK Charcoal tower which I have since purchased and have been using almost every day since I got it. I also have a Brinkman vertical charcoal smoker which is not used as much unfortunately. I look forward to joining in on the forum and exchanging thoughts on grilling and smoking in the future.
