New member from Las Vegas

Hello everyone, 

Been getting a lot of good information off this forum so I thought I would join and check in on the Roll Call.  

Just been smoking seriously for a few months, got a Chargriller Pro with SFB and have been having a lot of fun. Did a lot of the mods that I found on this forum to the Chargriller and she works pretty well, except for the leaking around the lid.

 Did 2 pork butts, whole chicken, Myron Mixon's cupcake chicken and a lot of ribs.  Not all at the same time.

Doing my first brisket on Saturday.  Ordered a small 8lb from our butcher shop and will pick up tomorrow. So will be looking around the forum tonight for some last minute ideas for the brisket.

Hello Stephen and welcome to SMF! Doing a brisky, plan on close to 2 hrs per lb to get to your desire internal temp, make sure you have a good thermometers and don't be intimidated by it. Good luck
