New member from Hampton, Va

Hello all,

I am looking forward to reading all of your posts. I am new to smoking meats but I find it truly enjoyable. I started by watching BBQ Pit Masters on TV and since then I have been anxious to try different techniques on various types of meats. I am currently using a Char-Griller Duo S-5050 Gas and Charcoal Grill. I mainly use the charcoal side and my wife uses the propane side. 

I am currently trying to talk her into letting me get a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker with a window in the front. Pray for me. LOL
