New member from Ft Worth

Hello everyone. Looking forward to learning from everyone. I live in Ft Worth and have been grilling and Smoking since I was a kid. I work in video production at a studio and recently got the chance to combine my two passions by creating a BBQ channel. I'd love to know what you all think about it, but I am here to learn from you all.
