New member from Florida

  Found this site searching something up on Google. A great wealth of info on here.

 I just moved from Maine to Florida a few monhs ago. I had no way of bringing my Little Chief or Great Outdoors gas smoker with me so I've been without a smoker for a few months.

  I've mainely just made jerky and a little bacon.

Hoping to score a smoker on Craigslist this weekend. 

Got some great rub recipes off the recipe sections that I tweaked a little.

There's some great threads on here that are wanting me to try making a ham and buck board bacon.
