Hello everyone, I'm glad I found this site, looks like a treasure trove of ideas for smoking. I've been a Weber user life long, started with a kettle and still have a Performer along with a Genesis and a 18" WSM. I got interested in pellet smokers when Weber introduced theirs .................a new Woodwind WIFI 24" Camp Chef is on its way but because of the snowstorm the delivery is pending. Excited to get started !
Looking forward to learning more about smoking from everyone here.

Thank you everyone, Looks as though Fedex might be moving again............no delivery date but it says it left Salt Lake , again. :)
"Sawhorseray" , I'm usually in your area this time of year "Chandler" but because of Covid decided best to stay home and weather the winter..........Spend a lot of time on the bike paths there and usually stop for a breather in small park there with a view of the water tower. I really miss the warmer weather...
