Found this thread while looking for home built smokers out of propane bottles. I am totaly new to  smoking but have all kinds of raw material looking to become a project.I would like to build a small smoker that I can carry in or on the RV for when we go south next winter. I have not yet gone to far into the search engine yet but am working on it.
