Finally got off the fence and got a MES 40".

Got it at Sam's Club for $299

As my name indicates, I am a father of four.

No smoking experience.

I think I'm gonna sign-up for the 5 day course.

In the meantime, I have some pre-packaged frozen pulled-pork in the freezer.

Would it be heresy to thaw it out and serve it today for one last time? (LOL)
