New member- central MI says HI!

Hi Michigan Group.

Been a member for awhile and just discovered that there is a Michigan Group. 

  Cool!

I'm new to serious smoking, and am in learning stage.  I bought a SFB Char-Griller Smoker.  Made some mods to it before I ever fired it up.  It works pretty well for me, but it does take constant tending.  But I think that tending is what I like the most.

I won't have much in way of advice, as I am a newbie, but that don't mean I won't enjoy talking with other Michiganders about our projects.  And of course I'll have a lot of questions off and on to make you feel good when you know the answers, and can help a fellow Michigander out.  LOL
