Hello everyone! I just bought a 30" Masterbuilt electric smoker and seasoned it yesterday. Today i am trying my first pork shoulder but i feel like my wood chips are burning up really fast. I have Kingsford mesquite smoking chips. How often should i be adding these chips?

Welcome Dan, You picked a good rig to start with and a great bunch of people to learn from.
I have a MES and use both the Masterbuilt cold smoker and the AMNPS depending on what I'm smoking. If I had to chose only one, it would be the AMNPS.
Util you invest in one of the mentioned smoke gerersters, like Al says every 30 to 45 minutes you will need to add chips until you wrap at 160 internal temp if wraping is your method?
