I've been smoking for about a year with my MES 30". I have also recently purchased an AMNPS, primarily for cheese, since 'tis the season... I've been grilling and cooking in the kitchen for years, but certainly would not consider myself an expert. I've lurked around the forums here for a long time and figured it's time that I finally become a member. I am currently looking forward toward a few projects, such as making my first fatties.
