New member, about 2-3 years smokin' experience

Located in rural northern Illinois, with branch office at son's house in Phoenix, AZ. Weber Smokey Mountain bullet smoker and Weber kettle grill in IL, son has Primo kamado style grill in AZ. Retired about 1 year ago, so taking smoking and grilling more seriously now. Friend and neighbor has pellet smoker and gas grill so we share experiences. We're all fans of the Meathead, and wife and I met him and his staff in person, instantly becoming fans.

I also have antique cars, just finished doing my first concrete countertops for my son's outdoor grilling center (three countertops, 30" by 12"), and am staying busy in retirement!
