I'm just a kid with a dream. A dream of cooking delicious meals that may family and I can enjoy and share with friends.
Living in Tucson allows me to cook outside all year round with out having to worry too much about the weather; although to day, it's supposed to be 107 degrees outside.
I am a cast iron hoarder and love to cook just about anything on cast iron. Recently, I been getting the urge to kick up my grilling/bbq with some smoke. I played around with little smoke boxes on the grill, using wood chunks, foil packets, etc. but now I'm stepping into the smoke, so to speak, with my new Masterbuilt MES 230G electric smoker.
I've enjoyed reading the forum for the past few weeks and now is the time to speak up and say "Hi". Looking forward to picking the brains of the great cooks on this forum. We'll see where this adventure takes me.
