Hi there .

I am new to the forum and site , looks like some good stuff here. Was just looking for a new rub for a few pork shoulders I am doing this weekend and found this place so I thought I should check it out. Smoking here in south east wi this time of the year is sometimes a challenge. Keeping the heat up in my cheep brinkman can be a challenge when the temp outdoors is 0 but it can be done. So hi there and good smokin to all !

Welcome to the site!!!!!!! Look around the search bar for mods to your smoker. I guarantee someone has done it and has posted pics and where to get the materials.
