Have been thinking about getting serious into smoking a lot lately, last year was my first actual smoking season. I have bought three smokers so far (two charcoal barrel type, one propane), in the process of designing and building a smoker trailer this Spring, start out fairly small with practice at family events and then possibly do a couple of local BBQ comps... I have looked through this website a lot in the past few weeks gathering information and really thought members were very informative and friendly so I joined.
