Hello just want to introduce myself. My name is Christopher im 23 and ive been smoking meats for about 3 years now. Im currently in the procces of designing a walk on 250gal propane tank smoker. You can see my floor plans in the builds forum under reverse flow. (Even tho its gonna be more of a tuneable plate) Glad to be here to share my experience and fun with yall.
