    Hi my name is Russ and I just joined. I just finished building a cold smoker today. It was in the 40's today in NY so I figured I would light it for the first time to see what kind of heat it would produce. It kept at about 80 f so I think it will work well. I now need to find some good recipes and try it out. I think I'm going to start with cheese while some meats brine. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thanks
