Hello all I started smoking last year. It has been hit and miss. Till I get good at it I just use meats on sale. I have a 30 vertical Smoky Hollow propane smoker I found and rebuilt it.

Welcome. Lots of good people and info here. Search around and you'll find great recipes and techniques. Feel free to ask questions. But be ready for multiple answers as the are lots of ways to do things.

Welcome William, As far as hit and miss is concerned, you post pics of the hits and eat the misses. I know you will enjoy this forum. There are so many folks with tons of knowledge and they are always ready to share tips, recipes and answer any questions that you have. Meeting folks and replying to their posts is a lot of fun.

Welcome aboard William.  Studying this site will help you become a better smoker.  Just search for whatever you think you might like to throw on the smoker, or ask specific questions.  Lots of helpful folks round here.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
