New to the Forum here!  I'm up here in Saskatchewan and I am pretty new to this whole smoking thing but want to do more.  I currently use a bradley smoker and mainly do ducks and geese.   Looking for recipes on all kinds of goose jerky and smoking duck roasts!

Thanks!

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from a wet and rainy day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Welcome to the site Bradley.  Nothing wrong with ducks.  I used to low and slow them quite often on my Weber kettle when I was living in south Florida.  They were readily available there.

You've found the right place for smoking inspiration.  Just utilize the search bar or ask in a post.
