Hey all,this is all new to me.60 yrs old and still a peck & hunt! Love the recipes and response time! I live in Wash. State out on the coast.My call sign came from smoking duck and goose breasts! I like it better than beef ! Gonna smoke some spare ribs tomorrow and was wondering if you leave the smoke on the whole 6 hours ? I will b using a 6 rack Bradley smoker. Any info would be appreciated.
