Hello.
I am from New Jersey. New to this site. Plus I just started smoking about 7 months ago.. I got A Home depot brinkman vertical was like $70. made some mods to it. just to start out with it. Now I cant stop using it. Made A couple things like ribs,brisket,pork shoulder.all turned out great. i want to try chicken wings this weekend. Thank you for this site to keep intouch with other smokers not to many smokers around my neighbor hood. thanks again
