New here from Florida

I live just east of Tampa ,in Brandon,Florida.I've been smoking meats for sometime now.I have two gas smokers and a webber grill.

Been making jerky for a few years now and last year started doing my own bacon.I ride motorcycles and do some camping a little fishing and trying to get started back into hunting..Looking foreward to reading  the forum and getting some ideas on different kinds of smoking...My next project to try is  to do a cured ham.

Hey trainman.. welcome to your new addiction (the forums)... I'm just south of ya a lil bit... since you like camping, fishing, and cooking.. Thanks for the invite .looks like a good time i'll look at my calender and see if i'm clear that weekend.will try to make it.I work down your way alot in palmetto and bradenton for now ..Next month my area changes to Tampa which i'm not all that happy about...I'f i go i would be in the RV
