Just signed up. I am from Central PA. I have been using a Masterbilt propane smoker for a couple of years. I've been looking to expand my horizons and came on here to learn some new techniques. I have a pretty "smokey" weekend planned with a turkey (my first), a pork loin and a nice chunk of salmon. Hoping all goes as planned. Thanks!!
