Hello everyone, another new guy here. Hoping to learn a lot and share some too. I'm new to smoking but I've been cooking in a dutch oven for years and of course what guy, or gal, doesn't grill.  I live in north east Oregon,  I'm an electrician by trade,  love anything outdoors, and I'm an avid hot rodder.  I recently bought a smoke hollow number 4, It seemed like a good user friendly smoker for novices and seasoned smokers alike.

Welcome aboard, Ron. Great place to learn. Lots of great folks and great info. Might want to click on Jeffs 5 day free e-course to help you get started.
Now..... about those hot rods..........

Welcome to the group Ron!  This is the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable folks who really enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input here, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
