my roommate has a 7 in 1 smoker from cabelas for Christmas since then we have smoked ribs, brisket, turkey, hamburger, pork shoulder. we are from saskatoon, Canada makes it a little hard do in winter but we try. im going to try and make a offset smoker out of beer kegs. any info about the basics of what i need to do would help out alot thanks
