New Guy to Smoking Meat Forum

Hello, my name is Matthew from NC.  I currently use a Master Forge vertical smoker but would someday like to build my own brick smoker.  I always look forward to smoking the Thanksgiving turkey and any other meats when I can.  I look forward to reading lots of posts and gaining from others experiences and also some good ideas when I get around to building my smoker.
