New this forum but not too smoking meats, cooking outdoors, etc. I have a large stick smoker, electric smoker, 22" Weber kettle, propane turkey fryer, regular propane fish fryer, a 36", 28", 17" Blackstone griddles, and a 4 burner propane grill. I found this forum while looking into cold smoking my own bacon, fish, and other things. Would like to try some cheese too. From the Lone Star State.
 
Sounds like you're geared up and ready to go , or move into other areas . Welcome , and plenty of info here . Look around and if you don't see what you need just ask .
