New Guy looking to build!

Hello All,

First post here. Been a long time lurker but decided to jump on the addicting ship! Have a few tanks around, smaller ones, and would like to do a reverse flow.  Is there anything out there that describes in complete detail about building one...such as making the baffle with the correct gaps, and details for the correct sizes/placements of the other components?
