Hey there. My name is Rich and I'm from Philly. I've been smoking for a year now and I'm hooked ! Today is the first time I'm smoking a 6 1/2 lb brisket and pork spare ribs at the same time. I'm smoking on a little two rack master forge. I just put the brisket on n just trying to figure out my timing. Any tips will help. Thanx
