living in lancaster you are real close to 2 cools shops on main street in clarence..one is adventures in haet--griling, smoking, rubs and marinades..the othe is the podge--cooking accessories and the like..worth A LOOK..ALSO PREMIER GOURMET ON DELAWRE BY SHERIDAN IS cool...

Grande, welcome aboard. you can't go wround with pulled pork for the superbowl. In the pork folder there's a post on finnishing sauce...it's good.

Thanks. I printed the recipe for that finishing sauce yesterday. I'm planning on using it next weekend.
