New guy here

Hello all,

A friend of mine suggested I get on this board.  I reside in a coastal town in North Carolina.  I am new to smoking and I just got a Masterbuilt 30 for Father's Day.  I am looking to learn techniques, and good recipes, let alone tricks.

Welcome from SC, Doug. It's really good to have you on this great site. There are a lot of fine folks here who are always eager to share their ideas, recipes and tips. All you need to do is ask away and keep reading. I'm sorry, I don't know anything about your cooker. I'm a stick burner.
