Hello all.  New guy here from wisconsin.  Have been smoking meats for many years and have recently gotten into sausage making.  Also like to do jerky.  These are a few of many culinary interests.

I have a full Weber suite (WSM, OTG, and Genesis gas burner) for equipment.

Welcome aboard. I just got a grinder and sausage maker for christmas this year. I look forward to learning about the arts of sausage making. Maybe I can learn a thing or two from you. Lok forward to it.
