Just stopping in to introduce myself.  Longtime smoker, but first time on the forum.  (I figured that since every time I Google a recipe or a new cooking toy this site always shows up in the results, I may as well join).  My arsenal includes the old stand-by...a charcoal grill  (Chargriller), a GMG Jim Bowie pellet smoker, and my pride and joy; the Pit Barrel Cooker.  They all have their uses, right?  Anyway, glad to be here!  Look forward to learning and helping others!
