Just checking in.  This is a great site that I have been following for a while but just now decided to join.  I love to BBQ and have smoked on and off for a few years with a propane smoker.  I just recently pick up a Treager and I have been smoking every thing with great results.  I also like to make my own sausage and if I need a chicken to cook I just go to the back yard and pick one out.  Its great to be here.
