New Guy from Northwest Missouri

Hello all,

My name is Devon and I live in northwestern Missouri.  Been smoking a few years but really started taking it seriously last year.  I am currently using a Masterbuilt Digital Electric Smoker.  It's helped a lot since I am new to the process.  I have actually been using this forum for a year now for tips and recipes.

Favorite things to smoke are ribs, brisket, chicken.... everything!  

Outside of smoking I enjoy the Detroit Lions, golfing, the Kansas City Royals, and drinkin' beer.
