New guy from Northeast PA

Hello all, my name is Jeremy and as stated, I am from Northeast PA. I have had a Masterbuilt electric smoker for almost a year and love it. I have actually been reasonably successful with it so far. Currently looking into cold smoking which is what brought me here. Looking forward to learning more about the fine art of smoked meats!
