Hi to all! New to the site, and new to smoking meats. I'm a weird mix as my mommas from Chicago and my Daddy from Florida. It shows in my cooking tastes. Just picked up a Cusinart Woodcreek 4-1 and am in love with it! I look forward to furthering my experience in smoking with some help help from ya'll! Keep the beer cold and the grill hot!
