Hello Gentlemen

just found the site.  been reading some great stuff here.  glad i found this site.  looking to get a MES, but till then i am useing a Chargrill pro with side firebox...works fairly well however like the fact of seting temp automatically for constant control.  cant wait to get started.  thanks in advance for all the info on here from all of you.  hope to be of some help to others when i really get going...
