Hello all, avid smoker here, finally starting to get into competition (1st KCBS comp. is July 7-8 in Kettering, OH), I usually have something on the smoker at least 2 days a week, today I have a 8.33lb brisket flat that I put on at 6:45am, I look forward to talking BBQ with you all
