New Guy from Atlanta Ga

Hello All,

My name is Chan, I am from a small town called Rockmart. Its about 45 min NW of Atlanta. I have/had a Brinkman smoker from the Depot but the element burn out in after a year use. I am looking at the MES 40 for my next Smoker.

I like to smoke Ribs, Boston Butt and Chicken,

I want to learn how to do Brisket also.  I am a beginner and hope to learn a lot of new stuff here.
