New Guy From Arkansas

My name is Steve and I have smoked meat on small metal smokes for years.  The last one just bit the dust and I intend to make a big rock one with an oven.  I have worked for the State of Arkansas for 30 years.

I am a wood turner so I get all kinds of wood to smoke with.

I would be thankful for any advice on building designs for my new smoker.
